With only minimal house fees and no minimum shift requirement, Bar 20 really is the most flexible venue in the city. At Bar 20, dancers get to choose when they work; as often or as little as they like! Bar 20 is a firm believer in quality over quantity – this helps to ensure everyone gets their fair share, as well as providing a more comfortable experience for our patrons. <\/p>\n
Each night has a dancer cap so that everyone gets a chance to make the most out of their shift without having to compete with too many other girls. This also keeps the patron\/dancer ratio more favourable. With a freshly renovated venue comes clean and contemporary facilities so you feel clean and comfortable every moment you’re here.<\/p>\n
At Bar 20, we facilitate exclusive ‘Champagne Rooms’ for the more discerning clients that want a more private experience. Your regulars will certainly love them and keep them coming back for more. We also strive to provide a supportive work environment, giving all new dancers the training and assistance they need to learn the ropes and get comfortable within the venue. If you would like to be considered for a position in our family of incredible dancers, please send a few recent, unedited photos (selfies are fine, no filters) that give a clear indication of your physical appearance (must be full body) as well as some basic biographical information such as age, previous experience, personal characteristics and why you think you would make a great addition to the Bar 20 family. Please also include your phone number as sometimes our email replies end up in the junk folder.<\/p>\n
There really is no club to work at like Bar 20. However, not every girl is suited to us. We like to keep our roster caps fair, therefore we can’t accommodate everyone. So to increase your chances, make sure your application stands out! (Good quality photos are a must!)<\/p>\n
If we feel like you might be a great addition to our squad of gorgeous girls we will contact you to arrange an interview. Unfortunately we can’t give personalised responses to every single application as it would be far too time consuming, so if you don’t hear from us, unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for an interview. Like we said, we can’t accept everyone.<\/p>\n
